As the core sealing and control component of JOIL pulse valves, the diaphragm has the following main properties:

Material Characteristics:

Common materials include Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) and Fluororubber (FKM). NBR diaphragms have good oil resistance and wear resistance, making them suitable for conventional working conditions with oil-containing compressed air; FKM diaphragms exhibit excellent high-temperature resistance (-20°C to 200°C) and corrosion resistance, adapting to harsh environments such as high temperatures, strong acids, and alkalis.

Some diaphragms adopt a reinforced structure (e.g., an internal fabric reinforcement layer) to improve tear resistance and service life.

Temperature Adaptation Range:

NBR diaphragms are generally suitable for working environments ranging from -30°C to 120°C.
