The SMC KQG2H Series are stainless steel 316 (SUS316) one-touch fittings designed for applications requiring high corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and high temperature tolerance. These fittings feature a push-to-connect design, with metal parts made of SUS316 stainless steel and seal parts made of special FKM material. They are grease-free and suitable for use with steam.

Compared to the previous KQG series, this series is 30% smaller in volume and 62% lighter in weight, available in both metric and inch sizes.

Features:

Metal parts made of SUS316 stainless steel , providing better corrosion and pitting resistance than 304 stainless steel, especially in chloride environments.

30% smaller volume and 62% weight reduction compared to the traditional KQG series, ideal for space-constrained applications.

Fluid temperature range from -5°C to +150°C.

Applicable to various tubing materials including FEP , PFA , nylon , soft nylon , polyurethane , polyolefin , etc.

Suitable for air, water, steam, and other fluids.

Operating pressure range -100kPa to 1MPa, with a proof pressure of 3.0MPa.
